How It Works

Wisconsin Medmark designs, develops and delivers training for leaders and managers in Coaching, Leadership and Mentoring. We perform ‘coach-the-coach’ sessions and will provide overview of coaches’ progress, impact and expertise as they blend coaching into their professional portfolio of skills.

Our Basic 8-hour Coaching Approach
  • Opening call with management (HR or Manager)
  • Baseline quantitative tool (like a 360-degree assessment) administered
  • Manager discussion and commitment to support coaching effort
  • Coachee objectives and alignment to quantitative tool results
  • Coaching engagement agreed upon by Management/HR – Coach – Coachee
  • Verify coaching is confidential
  • Coaching begins
  • Regular feedback to HR/ management
